Is Chiropractic Care for Me?

Chiropractic care can be beneficial for people of all ages and activity levels, from athletes and active individuals to those managing chronic pain or seeking relief from stress and tension. If you’re experiencing symptoms like back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, or limited mobility, chiropractic can help address the root causes of these issues and provide lasting relief.

What Can I Expect During My First Chiropractic Visit?

During the initial 1-hour visit you will receive a comprehensive consultation to understand your history, current condition, and discuss any specific concerns or goals you may have. This session may also include a physical exam, musculoskeletal assessment, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Do You Take Insurance?

We do not believe that a third party should make recommendations or dictate care for any of our practice members. For this reason, we are not in-network with any health insurance companies. Our cash rates are often more affordable compared to insurance prices, making it easier for us to serve families of all sizes.

However, if you would like to self-submit to insurance for reimbursement we’d be happy to provide the appropriate documentation needed to do so.

What is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial release is a therapeutic technique aimed at relieving tension in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles throughout the body. Though it’s only a few millimeters thick, the fascia can become tight and restricted, causing pain and limiting movement.

During myofascial release, chiropractors apply gentle, sustained pressure to specific areas of muscle tension and strain. This helps to stretch and break down the fascia, improving flexibility, reducing discomfort, and restoring normal movement patterns. By targeting areas under stress, this technique can help alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness.
